Real patient stories.
Meaningful practice growth.

Snell’s care was already changing lives. We helped bring those stories into its brand, website, photography, video, and social media, connecting the human impact to the business.

The opportunity

A century of care.
A more human way to share it.

Snell has helped people regain mobility and independence since 1911. The care and experience were there. The opportunity was to bring that same depth to how the practice presented itself online.

This called for more than a new website. We connected brand strategy, patient interviews, photography, video, and ongoing social content around the people Snell serves and the care its team provides.

Frank Snell testimonial

The business impact,
in Frank’s words.

Frank Snell on working with Matmon · 2019 Watch on YouTube

“We have seen, in several of our offices, 50, 100 and even 200% increase in patients... [Matmon] has really been one of the best business decisions I have ever made in my business career.”

Frank SnellSnell Prosthetics & Orthotics

In this 2019 testimonial, Frank describes more patients finding several offices through social media and new channels. These client-reported percentages are not a practice-wide average; the video does not identify a measurement period.

The human story

The story was never
just the device.

It was the life around it. Family, work, hobbies, and the everyday moments that matter to someone finding their way forward.

We interviewed Snell patients, wrote their stories, and photographed them in their own lives. That gave the marketing something a list of services could not: a personal view of what the care means.

Storytelling in practice

Let the patient
tell it.

Leland’s film puts a patient’s voice at the center. He shares his experience of losing a leg while serving in the Army, the challenges that followed, and his experience with Snell.

It is a personal story, not a script about a product. The care becomes meaningful through the person receiving it.

Full-service, fully connected

One story, carried through
every touchpoint.

The stories were not a stand-alone campaign. They informed the brand, the website, and the ongoing content, giving each channel a consistent voice and a real reason to connect.

A brand built around care.

Discovery interviews and research shaped the brand promise. A brand book brought the messaging, photography, type, and colors together.

Stories with a life beyond one post.

Patient interviews and professional photography became the foundation for stories and campaigns, with the same care carried into social media.

A website that brings it together.

We rebuilt the website for mobile users while keeping the brand and its people at the center. We also coordinated with Snell’s traditional advertising partner so the digital and printed work felt like the same practice.

Why this work matters

Good for patients.
Good for the team.
Good for the bottom line.

Patients see possibility.

Another person’s experience can make an unfamiliar next step feel more approachable. The story starts with a life, not a list of services.

Employees see their impact.

Patient stories make the purpose behind the daily work visible. They give the team something meaningful to share and a connection to the people their work supports.

The practice earns trust.

The human story and the business story belong together. Frank’s testimonial connects that work to patient growth across several offices and the value he saw in the partnership.
