Rock Town Distillery / Case study
Good spirits. Great reasons to visit.

The design challenge
A bottle to discover.
A place to experience.
Someone browsing bourbon and someone planning a tour need different things. The site gives products, visits, and cocktail ideas their own clear paths, while keeping the character of the distillery across all three.
- 01
Find a spirit.
Browse the bottles and get to the details.
- 02
Plan a visit.
Explore tours, cocktail classes, and private events.
- 03
Make a cocktail.
Find a recipe that puts the spirits to work.
The website
The product and the place.
Neither an afterthought.
The rebuilt product pages pair bottle imagery with product details and store availability. Tours and classes get a dedicated experience page, with information and booking paths for a visit.
More than a new layout
Behind the scenes.
Into the experience.
Matmon captured behind-the-scenes video and photography for the website. The site brings the distillery’s story into view, while its recipe collection gives the spirits another way to be discovered.
The small screen matters
The same character.
At phone size.
The catalog becomes a single-column browse without losing the bottle imagery. Product discovery and planning a visit stay part of the same experience, whether someone is at a desk or already out in Little Rock.
What the work makes possible
Discover a spirit.
Make a plan.
Rock Town’s website brings the catalog, recipes, and distillery experiences together, with clear next steps to explore products or arrange a visit.
