This brief questionnaire is a tool we use to combine your site’s content and design into a meaningful whole. The more carefully you consider each of the following questions, the better we’ll be able to provide you with a great looking website that accurately reflects who you are and what you do.

2. What are the two most important actions you want visitors to complete? Examples may include download a document, phone for an appointment, buy online, subscribe to newsletter, submit a survey, etc.

3. When you picture what you want your website to say, which adjectives best describe what you have in mind? Examples may include clean, simple, casual, professional, serious, smart, funky, cool, fun, funny, smart, warm, inviting, cutting edge, etc.

4. Is there anything about your product, service or company that will lend credibility to the content? This may include awards you've won, how long you've been in business, locations, etc.

5. What are your customers' hot buttons? When it comes to considering a product like yours, what issues are important to your audience?

6. What major benefits do your customers get by doing business with you as opposed to doing business with your competition? Why should the client want you instead of your competition?

7. What key information do you want to make available on every page?

8. What would be the most commonly asked questions someone would ask about your products or services? What do they want to know? How would you answer these questions?
