Sissy’s Log Cabin has two stores; the original store located in Pine Bluff and the newest one located in Little Rock. Both establishments use the same inventory system that is updated every night to remove sold pieces and add new ones. In order to provide the most up-to-date information, Matmon worked with Sissy’s inventory coordinator to create a program that would sync the in-store inventory to the online inventory. So now every night when the stores’ inventory is updated, so is the online inventory.
Diamonds are known for their elegance and purity. They’re as simple and sleek as they are beautiful and bright. Keeping with that, we incorporated a simple and elegant design that emphasized Sissy’s most exceptional pieces without forgetting her more demure ones. By emphasizing the pieces, customers are able to make pre-selections and narrow their choices down to those they find the most appealing. However, the true power of jewelry is something that can only be realized in person. As a result, the buying feature was disabled as a means to encourage customers to come into the store and select the stones in the store. This fully customized ecommerce solution allows Sissy’s sales pros to enter SKU numbers, pictures, descriptions and the price of their pieces.
