Matmon's provided web services for MCE since 2006 and this year MCE wanted some new features for their website:
For these reasons, we created a new custom WordPress site specially made for MCE. The homepage and individual services pages all prominently feature MCE's recents work and projects. On the individual project pages, the work is showcased through a large slideshow and two text areas to clearly explain the project's ins and outs. Everything throughout the site is easily editable by MCE's employees. Any picture they upload will be automatically resized according to where they will be displayed on the site. MCE can choose which projects they wish to highlight and have feature on the homepage, as well as which pictures they want featured. Employees will also update the company blog with recent news and work.
For the bidding process, we created an interface where MCE can go and enter information pertaining to the bid and attach documents. This information is automatically formatted into a Bidding Status entry. When the bidding date entered has passed, it is withdrawn from the bidding status page until MCE enters the bid's results when it is added to the Bid Results page.
