Baxter Regional Medical Center provides big-city healthcare with a hometown touch. When you walk through the doors of BRMC, you’ll sense that there’s something different about their hospital. The employees, volunteers and medical staff at BRMC believe that patient care begins in the lobby and continues into patients’ homes with follow-up phone calls and cards after their stay.
Matmon powers BRMC’s site by using Ruby on Rails to develop a physician directory that is easily-to-edit – whether than means changing physician information or pictures. We also developed a custom online calendar that can be managed by the BRMC staff themselves. We also added a feature where users can make donations to the medical center via the website with secure data routing.
